Job Description

PTFS Europe promote the Koha and Evergreen open source library management systems. We have a rapidly expanding customer base across the academic, public, health and special library sectors. To support this growth we need to recruit the following: Customer Support Consultant The post will involve providing training and support to customers. Experience with library management systems and web technologies would be needed. Some travel would be necessary. PTFS Europe operate virtually therefore the post will involve working from home, though with frequent opportunities to meet colleagues and customers.
