Job Description

You will be responsible for our collection of print and online serials and related e-resources. Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a postgraduate qualification in librarianship or equivalent, you will have experience of working with an automated library system, ideally including serials control. You will work one late evening (until 7.00pm) each week during term time and have excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills. You will also line manage, develop and support one part-time library assistant. Reading knowledge of at least one of French, German or Italian and a background or demonstrable interest in the academic study of art history are essential. Experience of user education and staffing an issue/enquiries point would be useful.
