About the role: An exciting opportunity exists to join the newly created Library and Learning Resources team at City and Islington College. This new post will support the Head of Library and Learning Resources, taking responsibility for the proactive and innovative co-ordination of policies and procedures, quality and service delivery across the 5 college libraries; the development, management and leadership of 5 team leaders, to deliver a consistent, high quality, curriculum led and supportive student focused service. About you: We’re looking for an innovative proactive leader who will promote active student engagement with new and innovative ways of working, making best use of developing technologies. With a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification, you will have demonstrable experience in a team leadership role, including change management responsibilities and experience of delivering library/learning centre services in a student focused environment.
