Job Description

Library services at the University of Essex is undergoing a period of significant change with a brand new library and IT facility having opened at Loughton in July 2017.

Duties of the Role

We are currently seeking a Loughton Library Supervisor to play a key role in the provision of library services on the Loughton Campus. The successful candidate will lead a small team providing high quality library services and front line IT support for students and staff at the campus.

Skills and qualifications required

Educated to Degree level and ideally having a library qualification you’ll be a good team player, have excellent management and IT skills and experience of working in a customer-facing role in a library.
