Job Description

As one of our Customer Services Information Assistants, you'll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from helping our members find resources to assisting with enquiries. We'll look to you to help care for the physical library space, assist with events and give outstanding customer service. As part of an organisation which has recently been accredited with the Customer Service Excellence standard, we expect you to provide outstanding customer service. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.

As our Customer Services Information Assistant, you'll influence how our library service runs whilst also contributing to the Libraries' online offer including subject guides.
