Job Description

A LMS Provider is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join their team. You will provide support to customers by phone and email; you will log incidents, search for solutions and keep accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or systems support experience as well as the ability to work as part of a small team and independently. Good telephone skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure are essential.
