Specialist Library Support Manager
£34,607 - £38,951 Ref: INN/LLI/SLSM/0210/CILIP

We are looking for a Specialist Library Support Manager to lead and develop a team of library staff in delivering support to staff and students in our busy libraries, with a focus on distance learners, students with disabilities and others with specialist needs. The post also takes a lead role for staff development across Libraries & Learning Innovation and leads a team of information professionals providing a range of services that support our work. You will be a forward-looking information professional with experience and evidence of success in managing, initiating and promoting excellent library services in a higher education context, and able to evidence effective leadership, management, and motivation of staff.
