Job Description

The King's Fund is a leading charity that helps to shape policy and transform services to improve health care in England. We have established an excellent reputation for our research, analysis, leadership development and information services over many years.

As a member of the NHS Specialist Collections team, your particular responsibility will be the innovation and improvement specialist collection.

You will have:

* a qualification in library/information science
* good IT skills and borad knowledge of new, relevant developments in ICT
* excellent skills in searching for, and evaluating, information from a variety of sources.

Your responsibilities will include:

* providing professional information management support
* discovering, evaluating and cataloguing online resources
* preparing regular news alerts
* compiling and developing information products, eg, key topics
* assisting with library enquiries and supporting research activities within the King's Fund.
