Job Description
A key senior appointment with one of the UK’s largest and most diverse universities, with 31,000 students worldwide and an ongoing £300m programme of investment in our teaching, research, enterprise and support facilities.You will join the Learning Resources Executive at a time of major change as we close a campus and consolidate provision at our Hendon campus in north-west London. This post is a relatively new one, reflecting a strategic focus on innovation, change and customer satisfaction within the service and the University.Your responsibilities will focus on:– managing and co-ordinating customer services across campuses, including both on-campus and off-campus delivery, and managing the learning environment– playing a key role in developing and successfully implementing a strategy for customer services, expanding support for students, streamlining service delivery and enhancing learning spaces.You should:– have experience of managing and delivering services in a higher education context– be passionate about developing new services to meet changing student expectations– be capable of inspiring and developing the staff that will implement these changes.
