Clifton College is a co-educational boarding and day school with three constituent parts: the Upper School (13-18), the Preparatory School (8-13), and Butcombe Pre-Preparatory (3-8).
£22,700 - £24,400 per annum (£27,000 - £29,000 FTE)
Full-time (37 hours per week), 39 weeks per annum
Required from September 2012, you will assist with the running, development and promotion of the Upper School Library which is used by our students aged 13-18. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-orientated library environment is highly desirable and experience working with young people would be an asset. Flexibility and the ability to learn new information skills and systems are essential. The Library is currently developing a custom-made library management system and has just implemented a new digital library service for the school.
Hours will include some evenings and Saturdays, 39 weeks per year, normally College term-time of between 32 to 34 weeks plus the remaining time, 5 to 7 weeks, during school holidays. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
