LIBRARY SERVICES ASSISTANT

Band 4 AFC: £22,438 - £26,157 pro rata inc HCA

Permanent, Part Time: 25 hours per week

8.45-2.00pm Monday-Thursday, 10.00-2.00pm Fridays

We are looking to appoint a Library Desk Assistant for our busy, dynamic, nationally recognised library and information service. We provide a range of services for staff and students of the Trust which specialises in the provision of clinical services, training, research and consultancy within the psychological therapies and organisational work. The post will be a frontline role providing support and guidance to our users accessing a full range of electronic and print resources.

Applicants will ideally have experience of a similar role, have excellent interpersonal and ICT skills and some familiarity with a library management system. The post is also suitable experience for someone considering a career in library and information work.
