Permanent, part-time: job-share, 18.5 hours per week

£34,895 - £39,257 pro rata

We are looking for a professionally qualified Librarian as a job-share partner for our Specialist Library Support Manager. You will be jointly responsible for leading a team delivering library services to support distance learners and students with disabilities, for managing a team of information professionals, and for staff development across Libraries and Learning Innovation. You will also be a member of the Libraries and Learning Innovation’s Management Team.

You will be forward-looking with experience and evidence of success in initiating, delivering and promoting excellent library services in a higher education context, and able to evidence effective leadership, management, and motivation of a team of staff.

Preferred working days are Monday to Wednesday.
